Too much homework for my daughter so I was at the gym alone. Did intervals on the elliptical. 2 min moderate, 2 min hard. Trying to keep my RPM the same between the easy and the hard intervals. My knee was feeling OK so I thought I would get a mile on the treadmill, but it was a no go :( It's still a bit buggy so I decided to back off and hope that it will feel better soon. Then did upper body/back machines, abs and tons of stretching.
We are going on vacation to California Saturday... I hope I will be able to get some gym time in at the hotel or some biking/running along the beaches. Also just looking forward to some down time. |
