Just have a quick minute while my grandson is taking a nap. Ran a bit longer then I probably should have. Just around and around the block by my house.

My legs were pretty heavy, which was to be expected. But the thing that probably bugged me the most isthe chaffing I have undermy arms.

Well got to go hope all of you are having a wonderful Tuesday.

Hey, we have twinner chaffing! Owie, that stings when you get in the shower after the race, huh?

Good job today, I have not yet braved a run. Maybe tomorrow.

Kelli, I'm the champion chaffer!! It is feeling better this today. I'm not running tomorrow so I hope it will be even better.

We're triplets. I've got that chafing too. But it's not bothering me as much as the sunburn on my upper back/neck is. I didn't do a very good job with the sun screen.
