Today was not a good day, I don't understand what is going on. I have been feeling better, but today when I was running I was super stiff, sore and heavy legged. Hard to explain... but when I'm done I feel fine, but as I try to do more running I can't hardly get myself moving. :( I hope it gets better.

thanks for the advise and visit to my blog.

not sure what to tell you other than good to take it easy and listen to your body.

Maybe you need to back off a bit. Were you on the treadmill for this run? Did you increase your speed or incline? Take it easy for a day or two.

From Sasha Pachev on Wed, Jan 28, 2009 at 14:27:42

How is your diet? When you are running for an hour a day even little deficiencies in diet can be felt in the run. Also, stress level can be a factor.

Also - did you run indoors or outside?

Thanks everyone!

Carolyn - I took it very easy last week so I was thinking I could do more this week, I was on the treadmil... same speed... no incline, so I don't really know what is going on.

Sasha... I have been really trying to be more aware of my diet these past few weeks. Increased my fruit and vegis etc. I have also went to a Natural Health Center recently and they have me on some things to try and help with my thyroid issue and my adreanal issue. My stress level is always something that I'm trying to get better with, any advise on that? All my runs lately have been indoors on the treadmill, with my shin hurting I was thinking the softer surface of the treadmill was better then the road until it feels better.
