| | Things felt better today... not quite as heavy and stiff in my legs, shin didn't hurt much at all. Did 6 miles on the treadmill. I think if everything keeps going good, I'll try getting out on the road later this week. 5 must be my lucky number today because I ran the miles in 55:55 :)

| | Today was not a good day, I don't understand what is going on. I have been feeling better, but today when I was running I was super stiff, sore and heavy legged. Hard to explain... but when I'm done I feel fine, but as I try to do more running I can't hardly get myself moving. :( I hope it gets better. |

| | Well I got 5 miles on the treadmill... legs felt a bit better but just a little, I tried this warming ointment that the Natural Health place gave me, and I think it helped with the stiff tightness a bit. Then I did one more mile on the eliptical. |

| | Didn't sleep very well last night... and didn't have a good run. things are still not feeling good. Ran 2 on the treadmill, then did 3 on the eliptical, then I was feeling pretty good so I thought I'd try 1 more mile... probably should not have done that.

| | Tonight felt better then it had in a while, I think the combination on icing, meds., and wineing, (not the drinking kind, but I have thought of that LOL) is working a bit. 5 miles on the treadmill... forgot my watch but I think it was about 48:05 if I remember right. |

| | Didn't sleep very well last night. But I did get out on the road this morning!!! YAhoooo! it felt pretty good, but it was probably the worst 10K time I've had in quite a while. :( It felt good to be out on the road, but I could't seem to get my pace... too fast them too slow, kind-of made my legs feel tight. Shin felt OK :) 6.22 mile - 59:39 Best: 7:54
