Around the hood at 5:00am again :) Same story different day... I don't care how hard I try to get all my bathroom issues done before I start my run, I almost always have to call it quites early because I need to make it to the potty.

Crappy day at work yesterday. I was hoping to get a bit of a workout in on my lunch break but it did not happen.

5:15am out around the hood, same as before. Took it pretty easy becasue tomorrow I will probably run trails with Sue :)

Trails with Sue... she said that we did a bit longer today and a bit fast then last week. Felt harder to me, I was surprised that we did better.
