Fun but really steep hike with hubby and friends. We did alot of scrabbling up hills...even thought it was a realitivly short time and hike my legs were tired from all the steep climbing.

4 on the elliptical, then squats, chest and arms... then two miles stocking footed on the treadmill.

Son exchange cars with me, and I forgot to get my gym bag out before he took my car.... big nothing, so we went on a date night. Dinner and a movie, when we were at dinner the lady at the table next to us said to me.... Don't I see you at the gym like all the time? I mean you are always there... you are super fit... LOL made me smile.

Sue is on vacation so to I talked my hubby into going to the gym with me. When he goes we always do more weights then I want, and more cardio then he wants LOL I guess we even each other out. my three was on the elliptical and I knew my time was short so it was at a very hard level lots of intencity.
