| | Today I took my husband to work then went to the gym. I need to try to do some weights and other stuff besides running. So I ran 7.5 miles on the TM then did some weights. 7.5 miles - 1:04:22

| | I got started later then I wanted so it got a bit warmer then I would have liked but not bad. I ran a shorter loop up in the trails. I struggled a bit more then Saturday but it was still nice, I think I only seen other person on the trails with me, until I got to the lower ones then there was a few more people. I estimate that it is about 61/2 miles, and my time was 1:06:34. Not too bad :) |

| | I ran around the neighborhood today. The first three miles were very difficult, I had nausea and alot of fluttery heart beats. The first three are a steady up hill also so I'm sure that didn't help. But around mile 4-6 I felt pretty good. 7-8 I was getting a bit tired, and heavy legged. Not a real great run. I thought I had planned to run 7.5 but took a few different turns so when I came home and check it out again I was happy to see that I had actually done more. I thought the changes had made it shorter. 8 miles - 1:15:15 |

| | Well today's run was slow, short and I wish I could say easy, but that was not the case. It was all I could do to slog through 5 miles. Don't really know what my problem was today. Tummy was not feeling too good, and just real heavy legs. I'm hoping I can post tomorrow before we head out for a long week end at Bear Lake. I look forward to relaxing with my family. I will run... just don't know how much :)
