3 on the elliptical, then one on the stair stepper. My knee bugged for a little bit when I started the stair stepper, but felt fine by the time I finished. Hubby showed up to the gym just as I finished and we did weights together :)

So I have also been doing weights with hubby and daughter in other days, just having difficulty getting myself to blog.

Going back to my knee doctor and NP doctor on the 30th. Hope to get some resolve on some of my issues and PT for my knee.

Been gluten free and sugar free for 5 days, struggling!
