Well this was a very low mileage week, but if it were not for this blog I would probably not that even done the runs. I have a half day tomorrow and then I'm done with helping at the class, unfortunately I don't really get a weekend :(

My run this morning was OK, I felt achey I don't know if it's that I have not slept well or what is going on.

Low mile smoe miles! You ran a VERY respectable # of miles this week! You did it every day and in a new place to boot! Good girl! Are you running SGM?

Hi Marion,

I didn't put in for SGM and it's probably a good thing because I will be in Ohio at aother doll thing. :)

Are you running SGM? I Did it in 07, it is beautiful. I will run Ogden again, that is one that I will always run.

You ran a great week, Lori! And yes, lack of sleep affects me a lot too. What's your next race?
