Well I took off work today because I had my doctor appointment and also my daughter's first orthodontist appointment. So I ran in the morning before I went to the doctor. It was my six month check up with my endrocronologist. I have been experianceing some fatigue and ackyness mostly in the mornings, and a few other things. So I expected that I would need some adjustments on my medications. I was surprised when he told me all my levels looked good. After talking a while he says he suspects that I'm doing too much. I was stunned! To much! who is not doing too much? I told him that I would not stop running, and he agreed that I shouldn't but I needed to find some more quite/relaxing time. I think he could see how frustrated I was, between work running, family, household things, and my sculpting (which has been very minimal lately) where can I find quite time? I told him I would try, but it seems unlikely to me that there will be any changes soon. I need to look at my schedule and see what I can do.
My run was pretty uneventful, about the same miles and about the same time. Felt about the same as the past few days.

Good/bad news from the doc :) Finding down time is VERY hard but SO important! Have you tried Yoga (my cure all :) It really helped me learn to relax when I actually had a moment. Stress can be really bad- just cut off the whiny-est memeber of your family ;) "none for you!!!"

Funny you should talk about yoga. I have a friend that started teaching at a studio near my house and she has been bugging me to come and take a class. I used to do the bikram yoga also and always felt great after. I just need to start scheduling it and doing it. Easier said then done. :)
