Tonight was not a good run. I had too much tummy trouble :( I think it was the pringle chips that I was craving at lunch, you know the spicy green ones Yummmm I don' think my tummy likes them, also when I eat too much sugar free gum or mints my tummy seems to have trouble. I never thought I was a person that had tummy issues but lately I seem to. But I think most of it is self inflicted, if I could just eat a good diet I'm sure I would not have as much trouble.

The sugar alcohols in sugar free gum can reak havoc on some people! I feel your pain! My tummy is BAD this week! it had better get better. I have NO energy!

Marion,I hate tummy issues, I think sometimes being a runner is hard on your system also. Then on top of the hormones... bad eating habits... :( I'm doomed!
