Today did not feel good... my right shin is hurting, I think I might be getting shin splints. I had heavy legs and crampy tummy too. I don't think I'm sick, I have been tracking this a bit and I think it is hormones ...but the shin thing is new :( Just took it slow and tried to get though the miles.

Noooooo on the shin splints!!! Stretch those legs, do toe lifts, pick up a towel off the floor with your toes and drop it, and repeat... and feel better soon girl, get some rest this weekend!

Lucia are you saying I'm not attractive :( man you are harsh... LOL The pic is my witch that I sculpted to stand on the porch at Halloween, had fun scaring a couple of little ones HEHEHE (evil Laugh)

Took it easy today and I hope with ice, meds. and a bit of rest I will feel better
