Pretty good run today, my knee was hurting a bit around mile 4-5, but then it mellowed out so I ran a bit more.

I don't think it is my IT, from what I have heard of IT issues it is usually at the side of your knee... this was my under my knee cap... kinda catchy/crunchy for a bit... then was OK. I think I'm just old :)

I think you are right :) NOT that you are old and creaky, but that the ITB is on the side ;) I wonder what can help with that. You don't want no trouble, hon-eee!!

Personaly I think I just need to eat better and be better with my hydration. I have been terrible lately, and it is showing on the scales and I think the headaches and breakouts I have been having are all part of it. With the holidays fast approaching I don't know if I will be any better. :( But I'm typing this as I'm downing a bottle of water... and there is a back-up bottle at my desk... so I'm trying to be better :)

The 80/20 rule is always a good one. Be perfect 80% of the time and then the 20% of the time- don't worry too much about. During the hollidays I make sure to be perfect whenever I can. You'll do great!!
