I'm trying to do more hills. So I ran on the treadmil with the elevation at 6.5 - 7.0, for 3 miles. Then I ran the last mile at 0 elevation at a 7.0 - 8.0 pace.

Lori - that is the question I want nobody to wonder about. The blog is not about showing off how fast you are, it is about getting faster. Different people have a different level of natural ability as well as the opportunity to train and recover, but everybody can do their very honest best with what they've got. We are here to encourage and help with training advice everybody who is brave enough to try.

That is good to know. I'm hoping to improve my running. But have been struggling for a while. Can't really put my finger on what my problem is.
