I had a massage today after work so I got to the gym rather late. I just did 4 miles on the eliptical, I wanted to run, but I thought I better not push my luck. I'm hoping my shin feels goo tomorrow and I will run outside, I hope to get 6-8 miles. Keep your finger crossed for me. I'm about to sacrifice my favorite running shorts, you know we all have one pair that make us feel good, and look cute on us, to the running Gods. Let's hope it dosen't come to that :)

Sorry about the shorts :( Bummer. Good luck on the run tomorrow- Maybe go shorter for luck :) Be careful! A massage sounds SO good!!!!
