Didn't sleep well again! Just could not shut thing down. Today's run was hard!! and we were very slow. Sue and I ran trails with our yaktrax. It was fun but I really need a nap. Don' think I will get one but hopefully I will sleep better tonight.

I imagine that very slow is the way to go on trails that are snowy enough for yaktrax. I hope you get some sleep.

It's fun to run trails but it's always so hard on me... feels like I'm so out of shape! Most of the trail was still in good condition, but for a small portion someone had messed it up and it was a real ankle turner trying to get passed that section.

Great trail run. I hate it when I can't sleep well during time I should be sleeping. I hope you have been able to catch up on your sleep.
