I didn't sleep very well last night not being in my own bed but it was not too bad. I thought I had figured out a 6 mile loop from my son's apartment but I got a bit off track so I estimate it was about 51/2 miles. Running in the city is so different... too many cars, people and stop lights.

Did I ever tell you how I came across your blog? I noticed your blog title and happened that day to be researching a Metcalf line in my family history. So I clicked out of curiosity and found amazing runner woman, you!!! My dead anscestors led me yo your blog ;D

That is funny... my maiden name is Cox. But I have not done alot of family history on my husbands side. I know that he grew up in Idaho Falls. Maybe we are distantly related :)
