Had a pretty good run this morning. Left my ipod in the car so I ran without music, this is something I don't usually do, but it was rather nice in a way. Have to go, I'm having a baby shower at my house in a couple of hours.

Great run! I like running with no music. It is a really great break and a chance to think :) Have fun with the shower :)

Marion, it was a nice change to have no music, I didn't think that I would like it but you said it was a good change.

The shower was nice, all my sisters, and my sister-in-law came and a couple of cousins. The shower was for my daughter in law. I will be a grandma in December.
