40 minutes on the ellitical, puddle of sweat!! Giving my hip and knee a much needed break. Made a doctor appointment for next week so we will see what is happening. I suspect it is arthritis.... not much they can do for this. They will probably tell me to stop running AGAIN. Any advise would be appricieated.

I wish I had some good advice for you. But it seems like I heard somewhere that movement is actually better for arthritis than not moving is. But maybe that's only for certain types of arthritis. I don't know. I shouldn't presume to give any advice because I might be completely wrong. But I do know that my brother who has Rheumatoid Arthritis runs small amounts.
