Two nights of not enough sleep. Not bad, but I usually need more. Was very sluggish tonight, but after a bit felt a bit better. Ran the parkway and seem most of the regulars, plus the one guy with the rubber shirt again, still don't understand the deal with the shirt. The plan was for 8, but somewhere I must have made a different turn somewhere. When I got to the end just didn't want to do anymore. Not going to run tomorrow, but have plans for 12 on Saturday. My running friend is going to run 6 with me.

Huh, usually when my run does not go as planned I run like 2 extra miles. I need to miss a turn, that is a better plan!!!

Have a great day off and enjoy your long run!! We will be in your neck of the woods very soon...

Great run! So it sounds like meeting at your house is a go for after the marathon :) Lets make some plans :D

Rubber shirt? Weird! I wonder if he's into one of those sweat diets where you just lose water weight. lol - Reminds me of something I heard Dr. Phil say a long time ago regarding crash diets and water weight, "Look. You can *spit* a pound."

Sno, it made me wonder when I seen the shirt if that wsa the case. But like you said what a silly way to loose weight. Plus it's black and rubbery looking, it can't be comfortable to wear. Granted he is walking not running, but still it makes me sweat just thinking about it. LOL

Marion - email me and we will figure things out!

Kelli - I should probably run with you, I felt terribly guilty for not finishing eight. But I guess not gulty enough to do it. LOL

The rubber shirt is certainly strange. It takes all kinds, I guess.

Lori and Marion, let me know what I can do to help with whatever gathering you're planning. I'll be in Utah for a couple of days before the race, so I can bring stuff or whatever.
