I had a massage tonight, so I knew that I would be pressed for time to get a run in. But the problem was that everything was just hurting too much to do any more. I was planning on 5, but just could not get it done. I will try to get a good nights sleep and be positive in my thoughts that tomorrow will be a good run. The plan is to the 11 mile loop that I did Monday, then meet up with my running friend and do 7 with her, then hopefully 3-4 more after she is done.
