Meet up with a running friend and ran 5 miles with him, then did another 3 by myself. My shin felt better tonight when I was running, but hurt more when I stopped. I will ice and stretch again tonight and hope that I can get things feeling better. I have a massage appointment tomorrow after work so that should help too. I will probably only do about 5 miles tomorrow. I'm really trying to wrap my head around a long run this weekend.
