Well I didn't sleep very well because I stayed at my son's apartment so that I could meet up with some of the FRB women. It was nice to meet you face-to-face. Smooth was delightful to run with and kind enough to stay at my pace. Tarzan had planned a nice 11 mile run out of the Draper parkway... very nice, and Kelli brought sugar cookie and juice. Thanks so much to everyone I had a wonderful time meeting all of you!

Nice meeting you today, Laurie! Leslie and I are thinking of running the WRC 30K in 2 weeks, so maybe we can meet up again. And I am doing Ogden in May (this will be my fifth time on this race).

Lori- It looks like NO BODY SLEPT last night! I am SO bummed that the bod did not cooperate and I couldn't come and meet you this morning. I am SO glad you were able to meet the nicest women in the world! I will be there in Ogden and we are going to have a great race day :)

Ladies you are the best!! Marion, I'm so sad that you did not feel well. But I'm sure there will be plenty more times we can meet up and run!

Nice meeting you today. It was kind of funny when Smooth and I were sitting in the car smiling at you, wondering who you were. Best of luck in the 30k. We will all have to run together again like that, it was good times.

Lori ~ It was so nice to meet you this morning. You're a GREAT running partner. THANKS for running with me. I love those inspiring stories you shared with me. I hope we get to do that again. I still think you're WAY TOO YOUNG to be a granny. I'm sure you had fun playing with your grandson. What a way to spend some time with your son too. WOW! I still can't get over how you came all the way down to Draper to run with us. GOOD luck in the WRC 30K.

Lori, I'm so glad I got to meet you this morning! I loved chatting/listening to your stories as well. I am also amazed you are a grandma...did you and your son have your first when you were 12??? I totally thought you were like 35!!! You are a great runner and Ogden will be my first full...so I'll definately see you then!!

From Kelli on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 22:02:34 from 71.219.84.191

It was so great to meet you and your happy, smiley face this morning. You are a very strong runner!!! Next time I hope to get to talk to you some more (and there will be a next time).

Thanks ladies... I do think I will need a bit of luck for the 30K. I'm feeling stronger all the time but still not where I need to be.

And thanks for the comment on thinking I was younger then I am... it's nice to hear:)
