I was tired today.. I forgot my sports bra... then I had an operator error with my garmin :( So I'm not certain of my time and I estimated it was 5 miles... probably a lil bit more but any way I seemed to struggle through the run. I'm worried about the 1/2 that I will be running Saturday. I'm thinking I will just do a slow easy three or four tomorrow. Anyway at least I got it all done before the storm came.

I just noticed the blog title. You're embarrassing me! I'm not worthy! But very touched.

Sno...Between your milage... the weather that you have had to put up with at times, that you always are trying to find ways to improve your performance. So many things that I need to work on, so I need a little inner sno :)

I'm impressed that you got out and ran despite not having your sports bra. I hope your garmin is ok.

You've been very consistent with your running. You're doing very well.
