Got some new shoes tonight... new Peal Isumi's. I like the old ones, was a bit disapointed that I didn't get more miles on them before I got the hole in the back. So I hope it was just a fluke. I like them but I can't afford to replace shoes that often.

Nice run tonight, ran around the city a bit before I got on the parkway trail. Had to weave around a few blue hairs coming out of the temple. Then had a funny guy at the stop light, that started running with my for a bit... made me smile a little. All the ice is melted from the 21 street pond, it was very nice down there, and not attack deer to scare me this time.

I hope the new shoes work out for you. I'm struggling to afford to replace shoes as often as I ought to.

It sounds like you had a scenic run. Which temple would that be that the blue hairs were coming out of?

It is so hard on the budget to replace shoes as often as I need, and I usually get pretty good deals...It would be the Ogden temple. I park but the gym in downtown Odgen, then run to the parkway. I just ran around the city a bit more yesterday. I don't know if I will do it much more... to much traffic and other obsticals.
