I have not slept too well the past couple of nights, I hope I can sleep better tonight. I also forgot my garmin so it was a low tech run. I wanted to do an hour but had some tummy trouble so I stopped at 50 min. I figured a 10 min mile was good.

That's the way it sometimes goes. I hope you catch up on some sleep this weekend. If you're in a bad sleep pattern you might want to try Melatonin. Works for me. Take care.

I hope you get feeling better and are able to get some sleep. I jealously guard my sleep these days and get very cranky if I don't get it.

I am so sorry about the lack of sleep. I am sleeping a lot better after my 10 days of no diet pepsi for Lent. I drag a bit between 3-4 but I am sleeping through the night ;)

I dunno- but sleeping well is my FAVORITE thing :) I had some of the Ben and Jerrys new light stuff. I really like it! I miss my diet pepsi. What a baby :)
