So today I thought it would be a good run... but somewhere it turned into a crappy one. It wasn't my shins as much as my calves. They were painfully tight, I felt like I had to stop and stretch them about every mile. I was trying my best to do a mid heel strike so that my shins didn't hurt... that seems to help. Anyway after I finished I got terrible cramps and some slight nausea. Think I'll head to bead early. I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow so I hope that will help my calves. 6.2 miles - 1:00:49 Best - 7:43 - this had to be a fluke - or maybe it was just for a few seconds. Average - 9:33 laps - 9:36, 10:12, 10:23, 9:26, 9:37, 9:37, last bit 9:33
