So today I ran on the roads around my work. It is light enough now that I can get a run in as long as I'm not held up at work. It felt pretty good, can't say I really like all the traffic. I think I might try to run on the parkway, but it was pretty good. Shin's felt OK I'm icing them as I type.

Smokin' fast woman! That was one awesome run! The road is agreeing with you. Take is easy so you don't go busting your self again :) How is the shin???

8:39 average pace?! You're going to run circles around me at Canyonlands!

Thanks Marion and Carolyn, It didn't feel fast maybe I'm reading my Garmin wrong LOL I'm not that techy. I don't know if I can hold that pace for the entire 1/2 but I hope I will continue to feel better. Shins are feeling better, today is the first day I have not had the pain patch, and wrap. But I think I'm going to try to get a compression wrap to wear when I run. I have an appointment with my endro. doctor today so will see how all the blood work says I'm doing :) I won't be able to get on the road after the appointment so I will probably be on the treadmill. But I'll be on the road after that :)
