So today was not a good day for me, I went to the gym in the hopes of getting 8 miles in. The plan was...run four, do some upped body weights, then run four, but I got back on the treadmill, and only got two more in, legs were very tight and just felt very run down.

You are doing GREAT! Please remember that you are recovering and 6 rocks! Slow and steady wins the race :) Are you running Ogden? I can't remember if I asked you yet ;) I am doing the 1/2.

8 was an agreesive goal. I think you're good with 6. Don't over do it. My legs are feeling a little run down too.

Thanks ladies... I'm just so frustrated with the way I feel.

Marion, the plan it to run Ogden marathon, when it gets closer to the date if I still don't feel good, I will probably do the 1/2 then run TOP.

That's how I felt today too. Here's to better days to come! I love the new picture, btw.

I am sorry you aren't feeling well :( I am glad that we will be running Ogden 1/2 together :) and possibly TOU ;) a small ray of sunshine ;)

I'm running the Ogden marathon, so if you're up to the full marathon in Ogden, I'll see you there.

Are you still planning on the Canyonlands 1/2 in March?

Here...here Snoq. raise our glasses of water to better days :)

Carolyn, still planning Canyonlands, I love that race. Still planning full Ogden... just hoping the wheels stay on LOL.
