Knee is even worse today if that is possible. I don't know if I will try to do spin class and eliptical again tonight. I will keep you posted. I'm so bummed... I need to start training for all the races I want to do... Ogden in May, I'm hoping with rest, massage and seeing the doctor things will turn around fast, until then I'm not a happy girl and it is showing. Husband is on alert LOL.

Carolyn, I'm not certain what kind of a doctor he is. I think an orthopetic, he is the one that treated my running friend when she had stress fractures. He might be sports medicine doctor. All I know is all the running people that I have talked to tell me to go to him.

I am sorry about your knee. I hope you can figure it out soon and get better. It is hard to do the bike and elliptical when you really just want to run.

My right knee is bothering me too. I've come to the conclusion that it is the IT band... gotta get that situation fixed pronto!
