Busy day at work, all this week I have people from our other facilities, from all over the world, coming to our facility. So I'm busy making sure all the meeting are running smooth and everyone is feed and happy :) Plus there will be tours tomorrow that I will have to help with. Man it makes for a crazy day.

Knee is still a bit buggy, but I think it's a tiny bit better. I took it easy on the treadmill. 6.4 miles at about a 9:22 pace. Not too much going on tonight at the gym. There was one guy running on the upper track that ran like he was holding a walnut between is bottom cheeks. After a few laps he seemed to loosen up a bit.

Gross. Maybe he lost the nut, if you know what I mean. Hope he cleaned up after himself.

A real nutcracker that one!

Nice run, and good luck with the hectic workplace this week.

I really love your observations while on the treadmill. The people at my gym are not nearly as interesting. I usually just watch the weight lifting guys.

You are very observant and it makes for good entertainment for us.

Good luck with your busy work stuff.

I am a horrible people watcher... and the gym is just prime for it. Then I have a rather twisted mind too, I guess, because I can think of all the funny little stories that go through my mind as I watch people. Why they are doing what they are doing... why they are dress the way they are, or why they picked that tatoo... you name it, I can play out all kinds of stories in my head. LOL
