Well today was not a very good run, my shin was bugging and then I had to potty stop about every mile for a potty stop. AGHHHH! Things did not feel good today, but I slugged out 6 miles :)

I guess there is one good thing, my team (a couple girls from work) drew out for the Moab Half YAHOOOO should be a good time. I fell totally lucky, this is the second year we put in and both times we got in.

Yeah for the Moab 1/2! My running partner didn't get in and is super sad. You are going to have a great race! HEy are your new shoes causing the shin thing? In my mind they coincide. But I could be wrong.

Great way to get the miles in today!

We should have all went in on the same team, I think you can have 6 people on your team... maybe next year. I swear I'm super lucky with drawing out for this race.

I don't know if it's my shoes, it started with my old shoes, I think I waited too long before I got new ones. I was hoping with the new ones it would get better but it's still a bit buggy. I made an appointment with a Dr. in a week so I'll see if I need my inserts ajusted or if it's something more.
