Slept better but still not feeling the best. I turtled through 41/2 miles, legs are very tights and heavy. I kind of set in my mind that this week is just going to be pathetic as far as good miles. I hope running will feel better next week. I have a massage scheduled for Friday after work, I hope this helps with the tightness/heavy leg feeling.

Lead legs are a bugger! Don't worry about! One week a month is supposed to be a cut back or easy week. Your legs just want their fair rest. ;) Enjoy your massage! I bet it will be majic! :D
