Ran after work... got started a bit late, if I keep that up I will need to bring my head lamp. It is a pretty flat 4 mile loop around the facility I work at.

So I was hurting pretty bad after the 9 miles on Saturday with Sue. It is the pelvic stress facture point and also the bad knee... don't really know why all of sudden I am hurting again but it was VERY painful Saturday and Sunday.

Took it easy on Monday and jsut did some elliptical and weights.

The pain was tollerable and I thought I could get a run in... probably should not have done this run because I was hurting again. :(
