| | Felt better then I have in a while, except for some tummy trouble... needed to find a potty a few times. I think I need to try to cut out the dairy in my diet and see if that will help. |

| | I know that to some I am slow... and you always hear runners saying that they are not fast. Well there is a girl at the gym that has wanted to run with me, but said she was slow. I don't think I am very fast so I agreed to run with her. OMG!!!! she is sooooo much slower then I am it was probably the most painfully slow run I have ever done. Don't know if I will agree to run with her again. |
