I Ran around the airport  and into Roy from my work. I was thinking it would be faster, cuts out drive time, so I won't be out when it's too dark. Well if I had not had tummy trouble that may have been the case. Anyway it was a pretty good run tried to keep it at a bit faster pace. The road around there is relativly flat, but I'm sooo not use to dealing with traffic YUCK!! I had to lap around a couple of parking lots to get a more miles in.

laps: 8:21, 8:26, 9:04 (a hill), 8:26, 8:12,(tried to be a bit faster), 8:28, didn't hold on to the speed, 8:19, better, .55 8:13.

Eventually would like to be able to hold a 8mm for my faster tempos.

Up and out the door at 5:00am.... This run was mentally, physically very VERY hard! If it was not for this blog and knowing that Carolyn and Sno are out there running with me, I don't know if I would have ventured out this morning. I told myself just do three... then at least you won't have a 0 on the miles. But you all know how that is... once you are out there... by mile three you are warmed up and you figure you might as well do a bit more. It was a bit overcast this morning so it was dark, and at the turnaround point it started getting windy. Nothing too bad though. Left hip was bugging towards the end, I blame this on the quick turnaround from a night run to a early morning run.

There are a couple of positives... 1) I'm done with my run for the day! 2) I can't remember it now... but when I was running I know I thought of one more.

Laps: 9:04, 9:48, 8:50, 8:55, 8:58, 8:50, (.20) 9:25

I had a class in Logan so I knew that I needed to make my circut training a bit shorter. I opted to cut .5 from my warm-up and cool down. I was still a tiny bit late :(

1.5 warm-up at 9:30 AP

.50 - 3:52

had to potty... then did three sets of bench

3 sets of tricepts

3 sets on two different back machines

Had to deal with another person getting on the treadmill I was using when I had left it to go do some weights. Again there were plenty of open treadmills so why get on the one that has a water bottle, a pen and paper (to write my times) and is all sweaty... Trust me on that one... it gets pretty gross by the end.

My boss and about 1/2 of my department are out today so it was a prefect day to get my run in on my lunch break. legs felt pretty dead and heavy. I did the path that I like to do when I run at lunch. I had some tummy trouble and they have locked up the toilets on the path AGHHH so I had to go out on the road and find a gas station. Mind wanted to run more... legs said they had had enough.

Sue bailed on me today... then it started to snow... woke with a headache and a bit of a sore throat. So I ground it out on the treadmill for 10 miles.... put a fork in me I'm done!
