Two miles running then another walking. Not too much to say about this workout... my stress is child related, at twenty years old they think they know everything, but are still young enough to make too many stupid mistakes. I think as a parent one of the hardest things we have to do is let out children learn from their mistakes and take the consequences of their action.

My oldest is 12 and I'm already paranoid about that. Thanks for making me more scared. Good luck with your challenges.

Are you familiar with the Parenting with Love and Logic series? There are books and videos and live instructor-led classes. It's all about giving kids choices and letting them take the consequences for their actions.

I hear you on the kid thing. My son's not 20 yet, but he's 18 and he definitely thinks he knows everything. But of course, this particular kid has always been like that.

Jun... sorry for adding to yoru fears, I'm sure it's not as bad as you think.

I just hate to see my kids struggle, but when you really think about it, it's the times that we have to struggle that make us grow.

Carolyn, this son is also a child that needs to do it his way... just a struggle to watch.
