Today felt pretty good, considering I eat way too much junk while on our vacation to Bear Lake. I thought I had gotten used to the hot weather, but lately after work it has been in the high 90s. I need to make sure I get up before work tomorrow. I ended up running today on the treadmill, kept it at about a 9.15 mm.

Welcome home. It sounds like you had a fun vacation.

Good luck with getting up early to run before work. I haven't been doing very well at that lately.

I had a wonderful time up at Bear Lake, nice and relaxing for the most part. Fun to play with the grankids/kids in the water :)

Getting up to run has been hard... but then running in 90+ degrees is also getting difficult. Then I'm stuck on the treadmill...it's all just so difficult (Hand to forehead...drama) LOL

Wow, that's hot! That's a lot of treadmill miles - the only way I can even dream of that many miles on a treadmill is if I plug into an audiobook. Works for the heat though. I'm glad your vacation was fun!
