Today did not feel good!!! It was a rough run. I met my friend at her house and ran the parkway by her house... basically the same as I ran from work yesterday. I really do not feel well today. Every muscle from my waist down hurts... and I feel very fatigued. SUCKS!! I think my friend wanted to do more, but when I made her stop back at her house for me to potty, I just could not get going again. I hope I feel better before the WBR.

Give yourself a break, you've been working VERY hard and doing an awesome job at it, but sometimes we just need a break. Enjoy it and taper well for WBR! Nice work pushing yourself 7 miles, if I felt like you did I would've pulled the covers up and called it a day!

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Give yourself a rest. You deserve it.

Write it off and don't worry about it. I felt so crappy just one week ago and today I was unstoppable, so anything can happen. Especially right now, while you are working on that stuff we talked about you can just go with the flow. You are a really strong runner and you seem to race well. How long is your leg of the relay?

Thanks ladies... Sno I run three legs. The first is about a 5K little bit more I think 3.6, and pretty flat. I will probably end up running this leg at about 2-3 in the afternoon on Friday. The next leg is almost 10 miles, 9.6 I think, around echo damn in the middle of the night, probably between 12 midnight-1am. Then my last leg is almost 4 miles, but it is a steep climb the entire way. I think between 8-10% grade. I estimate to be running/walking this leg at around 2-3 in the afternoon on Saturday. I'm going to try to take it easy this week, and hope that I feel better before the race. If things are not doing better in a few weeks I will probably call my NP to talk about other options.
