So this has been a difficult week for me, I'm really hoping that soon I can start feeling better. My running friend is finally getting back into some running since her pelvic fractures, and I really hope she will be running the roads with me soon. But today we, Sue and I, along with our husbands snow shoed one of my favorite trails to run on. It was a blast! Being able to work out a bit with Sue again gave me a short of sunshine into my gloomy weeks that I have been having :)

I'm glad you got a little sunshine.

Snow showing sounds fun. I'd like to try it sometime.

Carolyn, snow shoeing is very fun... at least I think so. We get some icky inversions in the winter here and I love to get up in the mountains and see the blue sky sparkle on the snow, and it's usually a bit warmer.

Carolyn, I read on one of you posts that you will be in Moab in March?? So will I, it would be great to meet up. I hope I can have a good run by then, hope my shins will get feeling better.

It would be great to meet up in Moab! I'll send you a private message so that we can talk "off blog" about how to meet up.
