So I was invited after work to go rock climbing. I'm usually not very adventurous, but I have been trying to stop being so fearful of things. I have climbed before with my husband and kids but it has been years. Anyway we went up Ogden canyon to hole in the wall, then walked down the canyon to another area. I think they told me that the climb we did was called Utah crack or something like that. I know that one of the climbs by us was called in the pink. Any way they were easier climbs. I made it to the top and felt very happy with myself!! I gave my co-workers a bit of a scare when I tripped on my way back to the car and feel into the road. Sometimes I wish I had been blessed with gracefulness, but that is just not the case.

My run tonight was slow, easy and short. My left heel has been hurting quite a bit, I think it PF. I have been icing it but it is still buggin quite a bit. I think my pace tonight was around 9:30 for the run.

Ha. I still remember the first time I went climbing. That was 14 years ago. I've climbed on average of 2 times a week ever since. Congrats on getting to the top. It's pretty cool, eh?

Great job overcoming your fears and going climbing! It's too bad you fell and that heel is worrisome. Kelli is sidelined for a month now with PF, so be careful.

Jun, I'm sure this was a very easy climb. I guess the spot we were at is called Utah wall? Don't know if this is something that I will do that often, but I have to say it was pretty cool.

Carolyn, I'm really hoping I can ice and stretch my foot and see if it helps. I have struggled a few years ago with PF and I'm really hoping it doesn't get worse.
