So I took it slow today, but I probably should not have gone as long as I did because I felt pretty tired and my legs felt heavy and slow . The middle probably felt the best.  I have not seen any of my regulars at the parkway. I'm thinking they are going later or earlier then me now. Today there was a guy with no shirt on that was rrrrrripped (rolling my r's) Most of the time I'm all for proper coverage in public, but he was a nice distraction. I was glad I had to pass him twice LOL. I'm thinking he was between 45-50 years of age, had a head full of gray hair. Then just as I was towards the end of the parkway there was a dad and little girl, I'd say she was about 6. She had the most beautiful color of red hair I have seen in a long time. As I passed her and looked at her she also had creamy ivory skin and light eyes. So cute. One of those times I wish I had a camera.

Sight seeing on the parkway, eh?

You had a pretty intense day yesterday as I recall. No wonder you were tired.

I love how you see so much in people, I am the exact opposite!

Congrats on keeping up the miles despite fatigue, those are the days I imagine myself at mile 21 of the marathon and push on despite what my brain is telling me :)

Next time stop the guy and tell him he has a piece of grass stuck on his chest. Offer to get it for him. Then you can cop a cheap feel.

Man Burt why didn't I think of that LOL... I don't think I would ever have the nerve.

Rachel- I'm a horrible people watcher... even when I run I can't help it.

Carolyn, I think I will take it even slower today and Friday.

Can you make me a "hot guy" doll?

Lucky me, I get to run with a hunk like that (minus the gray hair, or any hair for that matter) all of the time. I can not get him to remove his shirt though. What trick do you have for that BURT????

I say run at that time every day and admire the scenery.

David says his six pack has turned into a keg ;) He's got the great thick peppered hair, though ;)
