So I did not sleep very well last night, and have not been feeling well all day. I don't think I'm coming down with anything I think it's just the lack of sleep. So I knew that I better take it a bit easy today. Just did 4 miles on the eliptical then a mile in the treadmill. Little bit of weights, lots of stretching, and that's all I wanted to do, maybe it's the gray day that's also got me in a funk.
