Ran trails with Sue above 22nd street. It was beautiful!! Had a great time but kept it pretty slow and easy. My hip was really hurting when I got home and I think I need to make a doc app. to see if this is more then just a pulled muscle.

I think running on trails is so much better than running on the roads! How is the hip? Is it a hip flexor thing in the front or on the side of the hip?

Hope it clears up soon!.

Great mileage this week!

Good job keeping it slow and easy. I'm hope you're able to get that hip figured out.

Good luck with the hip! I hope the doc gets you some good answers and gets you back to feeling great again!!

What a beautiful run that must've been with all the colors changing on the trails - very jealous!!
