No running today, just 60 minutes on the spin bike. Long enough to establish a big puddle of sweat on the floor.

Had a hard day today... it seemed like anyone that talked to me about my knee would say "The doctor will tell you not to run any more" or "My knee started hurting so I had to stop running" Seriously I was almost in tears. Do they realize how much I miss running? I purposely made an appointment with a doctor that "is" a runner, so is my foot doctor, so they know how important running is to a person. Any way my knee was feeling a bit better today, but I didn't want to chance it.

Knee feeling a bit better is EXCELLENT!

Ignore the nay sayers. I hope this doctor is able to help you. If he isn't, find someone who will do ART (Active Release Technique).
