I think I over did it yesterday... My upper body is sore, my congestion is back, and my left knee hurts when I go down stairs or run down hill. (What does that mean?) I also had just a very lack luster attitude about running tonight. I was planning on doing my speed/weight circuit but that feel apart pretty quickly. So I did do a couple .50 at 8:00mm and 8:30mm. Other then that I kept is at about 9:00 - 9:20 except for the warm-up and cool down that was at about 9:40. I think I need some more rest... and tomorrow I will plan on an easy run!

Take it easy my friend. Don't try to do two hard workouts in a row.

Where on your knee does it hurt? Have you tried KT tape? I think the tape really helps.

the downhill part makes me wonder if it's ITBand...if it is, it hurts on the outside of your knee when you extend the knee. Stretch and ice is the cure for it at this point (if that is what it is)

Nice run and doing it despite not doing what you planned - you got it done!!

My knee hurts right in the center under my knee cap. I have not tried the KT tape. I will try to ice it and see if it helps. When I sit at my desk too long and then get up it hurts...Hmmm just not real happy with it right now.
