I had to take my son's car into the shop this morning so I decided to do my run while it was getting worked on. I knew the place was close to where I could get on the parkway, so it was about 1.25 miles to the 21street pond. Then I circled the pond for a while and went back. It was a nice way to get two things accomplished. It was COLD this morning, I don't think my hands quit hurting until about 2 miles into my run after that I felt better. Also I think the air quality was worse today then yesterday. We are supposed to get a storm tonight so I hope it blow some of the crud out. I wore my bright red jacket so there was at least a little color to the monochromatic gray world.

Excellent use of your time. It's too bad that people more than a few feet away couldn't see your splash of color. I'm sitting here in the gray monochromatic world.

The world around here sure is drab, isn't it? Sounds like a wonderfully cold run :)

What a great way to get two things done at the same time. I hope your air gets better soon.

Did that storm come and clear things up?
