Had a pretty good run tonight. The first two miles were not very comfortable. But after that I started working all the kinks out. Had to do some planting before it got dark when I got home.

Did you get all the kinks out? Your runs are pretty speedy.

I hope all the kinks are out... but they always seem to be back when I start running the next day. Carolyn I don't think my runs will ever be considered speedy LOL I felt pretty good. But I don't think I will be able to keep that pace for the entire marathon.

You know, with my wife out of town I am having to run in the evenings. I am starting to really like it. And by evenings, I mean around 8pm or later. Its kind of nice.

Jun, I usually run right after work. About 4:30 - 5:00. So far it has not been to bad/hot. But I'm sure that will change in a few months and I will be banished to early morning runs like Sno, and Carolyn. There is one plus to them though it's great to have it done early.

Great run! What is it about the first two miles? I am so excited to meet you all this weekend :) We are going to have a GREAT time :)
