Had a horrible nights sleep, I really hope the new thyroid meds. start helping soon. It's like I'm super tired, but my muscles won't relax, I'm all tight.

Anyway I ran on the treadmil for 4 miles then a brisk walk for one more mile. I think tomorrow I will be on the eliptical, shin was pretty buggy :(

Are you sure you don't have adrenal fatigue? The sleep issues really sound like it, and your thyroid meds won't work if you don't fix it. I hope things turn around for you soon!

Snoq, the homoiopathic doctor I went to said she thought I did have adreanal issues, I'm taking something for it, I can't remember what it's called from the homiopathic place. I go back to my endro in a couple of weeks. What meds do you need to take for adrenal fatigue? Oh I bought the book from the website you linked, I hope that gives me more info.
