Got my run in before work again! If Carolyn in the President of Jun's sub-6 club, and Sno is the VP... I think I'm getting to be the secretary LOL!!

Legs felt more tired today then yesterday... but I also did a different loop that I think has more hills, so maybe that was part of it also.

After work I channeled my inner Jun and went rock climbing with some co-workers. I made it to the top of both climbs this time and I think I did it a bit faster and maybe even with a bit more technique. Anyway it was pretty fun!

Nice run! And bonus points for the xtraining with the rock climbing! Always fun to change things up a bit and give ourselves a new challenge to look at.

I just had to wipe a tiny tear of pride out of my eye. The Sub-6 club is powerful indeed. And the force is strong with this one. I don't know what I'm saying. I'm food drunk after a night at Flemmings, hosted by the vendor we are working with. Too much steak!!!!

You've got my vote, Madam Secretary! Welcome to the club.

I'm so impressed that you went rock climbing. You're one wild grandma!
